If you are in crisis

Call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, available 24 hours a day. If there is an immediate danger to life, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

Strata Outpatient is a scheduled outpatient clinic. We are not an emergency service, a crisis line, or a 24/7 provider, and we do not monitor this website or our voicemail around the clock.

Who we are

Healing happens in layers.

Strata Outpatient is an innovative behavioral health treatment program for adults. Strata means layers formed in sequence over time. We believe healing happens the same way — in layers. We meet each person where they are and build healing intentionally, caring for the whole person, not just the symptom, with grounded, steady guidance and real hope for what is possible.

Our Mission

Build healing intentionally.

Our Vision

A world where healing unfolds in layers, people rise, rebuild, and reclaim the lives they were meant to live.

Our Approach

Care That Meets You
Where You Are

At Strata, our work is grounded in five core values that guide how we show up, support change, and build lasting well-being.

Our Services

Evidence-informed care, tailored to you. Whether you need more support or ongoing care, we’re here to meet you where you are.

  • Intensive Outpatient Program

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured, group-based clinical care several days each week while you continue living at home and keeping up with work, school, or family.

Groups are led by clinicians and offer more support than weekly therapy for adults who can safely participate in a scheduled outpatient setting.

  • Medication Management

Medication management begins with a psychiatric evaluation and continues with regular follow-up to monitor how medication is working, adjust dosing, and address side effects.

Your prescriber coordinates with your therapy team so your care stays connected. Available alongside our programs or as a standalone service.

  • Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a private, one-on-one space to work with a clinician on what brought you in, at a pace that works for you.

Therapy can stand alone or complement IOP and medication management, with your care team coordinating along the way.

Admissions

Four steps from first call to first week

You will know what happens next at every stage. Nothing is scheduled, and no records are requested, until you decide to move forward.

  1. Confidential Consultation

A short, private conversation about what is going on and what you are looking for. If Strata is not the right fit, we will say so and point you toward other options.

  2. Initial Assessment

A thorough evaluation with a clinician that determines the appropriate level of care — including whether it is care Strata provides.

  3. Insurance & Scheduling

We verify your benefits and walk you through coverage and out-of-pocket costs. Once that is clear, we set your start date and schedule.

  4. Orientation & First Week

You will meet the clinical team, get oriented to the space and the group agreements, and review your schedule. The first week eases you into the routine.

Insurance & payment

You will know the cost before you start

We verify your benefits during admissions, before your start date is set. A member of our team will then walk you through what your plan covers, what it does not, and what your out-of-pocket expectations look like, so there are no surprises once care begins. If you have questions about coverage at any point, ask us and we will go through it again.
